CredibleFix offers credit repair, credit counseling, financial education, and related services to individuals and small businesses in El Paso, Texas. All services are provided in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and Texas state law.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, complete, and current information at all times.
• Document Uploads: You must upload any credit bureau response or dispute result letters to your client portal within three (3) days of receipt, so we can continue processing your case.
• Communication: Timely responses to our requests and communications are required for effective service.
• Portal Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your client portal login credentials.

We do not guarantee specific results, credit score increases, or removal of any particular item from your credit report. Results vary based on your unique credit profile and the accuracy of information provided to us.

• Fees: All fees and payment terms are clearly disclosed before you enroll. See our pricing page or your service agreement for details.
• Refunds: Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or stated in your service agreement.

You may use our Site and services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use our content or materials for commercial purposes without written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or client portal
• Misuse, copy, or distribute our intellectual property

By using our services, you agree to receive communications from us via email, phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or through the client portal. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

All content, logos, graphics, and materials on this Site are the property of CredibleFix or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our written permission.

CredibleFix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services.
